A natural way to overcome constipation.
This product is my initial ‘go-to’ for constipation. It’s even brilliant for children with mild constipation. This is because it is so easy to take. Although it is a pure fibre from artichokes and chicory, it looks and behaves like sugar. This maens you can add it to a drink or smoothie and you hardly notice you are taking it.
It works by feeding your good bacteria in your gut. This extra activity it provides is sufficient in most cases to get your bowels moving in a comfortable natural way.
