Colon Cleanse for weight loss and constipation relief

 

Colon cleanse has the unique feature of helping prevent constipation but it can also help with sensitive bowels as well where diarrhoea is a regular occurrence. 

Because it absorbs so much water, the psyllium husk forms a very soft gel which I describe as the ‘chamois leather’ of fibre. This makes it very gentle and soothing for even the most sensitive of bowels.

In contract I describe wheat fibre as ‘brillopad fibre’ as it is so abrasive. This abrasiveness can be so detrimental to people with sensitive bowels.

I developed this formulation over 20 years ago and it has stood the test of time. It forms the basis of many of my treatments. 

It’s not and expensive product so worth a try – even if you have no noticeable bowel issues – you will usually see the difference within a couple of days.
